Develop the annual maintenance plan, including repairs and acquisitions of agricultural machines across all company locations.
Establish and submit for approval the preventive maintenance policies and procedures to the Operations Director and CEO.
Schedule, coordinate, and supervise mechanical maintenance work to maximize equipment availability.
Ensure optimal daily and weekly planning of maintenance operations and resource allocation.
Maintain equipment in excellent operational condition following repairs, with all necessary inspections and tests.
Respond decisively to mechanical incidents and ensure continuous monitoring and reporting on maintenance activities.
Define maintenance budget requirements and submit for approval; propose annual CAPEX plans for responsible equipment.
Oversee mechanical interventions by operational staff and maintain continuous communication with equipment suppliers.
Manage the inventory and usage of spare parts and ensure each piece of equipment is properly accounted for with inventory numbers.
Integrate and manage precision farming technologies, ensuring they are utilized effectively to improve productivity and sustainability.
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the agricultural sector.
In-depth knowledge of precision farming technologies and equipment management.
Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Location: Operations across Calarasi, Braila, and Teleorman.
